As an Age Concern volunteer, you can play a vital role on our island and make an incredible difference in the lives of our vulnerable adults. Through your efforts,adults in our community can get the help they desperately need.

Tag Day 2024

To commemorate the International Day of Older Person on October 1st, Age Concern will be holding a Tag Day in the City of Hamilton for the second year in a row. This year’s Tag Day will be held on Thursday October 3th and Friday October 4th.

Along with the Tag Days in the city, our wonderful volunteers will be located at various Marketplace locations, The Phoenix Annex, Butterfield Bank branches and HSBC Bank, sporting an Age Concern donation bucket for both days and accepting donations on our behalf. Membership Desk Associate

Time involved: 4hrs a week

Would you like to interact with the older adult community and assist them in learning more about what is available to them? As a Membership Desk Associate, you will be the first point of contact for members and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and informative experience.

Web Design & Development Specialist

Time involved: 2-4hrs a week

As a Web Design and Development Specialist, your technical skills will be crucial in creating a seamless online experience for our community. You will help design and maintain our website to ensure it is user-friendly, accessible, and engaging.

Marketing Specialist

Time involved: 2-4 hours per week

As a Marketing Specialist, you will be at the forefront of our efforts to enhance our brand presence and engage with our community. Your innovative strategies will help us reach new audiences and amplify our mission.

Accounts Administrator Assistant

Time involved: Varied Hours

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Administrator Assistant to join our team. The volunteer will play a crucial role in maintaining our financial records, ensuring accuracy, and supporting the financial operations of our organization.

General Administrative Assistant Volunteer

Time involved: 1-3 hrs a week

A General Administrative Volunteer will assist with the day-to-day operations by maintaining our physical and electronic files and help us with our weekly affiliate card mailings and other administrative tasks.
